Join us for a thought provoking conference discussing two of the most relevant topics for the
international arbitration community today, from the perspective of Romania and Moldova In the
first panel, experienced practitioners will discuss the role which expert witnesses play in arbitration
proceedings, the rules which apply to them and how arbitral tribunals asses the evidentiary weight of
their testimonies and reports The second panel will discuss a number of practical scenarios likely to
arise in construction projects as a result of pandemic related causes, and the remedies available at
the disposal of the parties
